I am 59 and diabetic .i am take gemer 0.5 before breakfast and dinner. I have made many lifestyle changes and taking ayurvedic medicine. My random blood sugar is 90 and pp blood sugar is 135. Can I reduce the allopathic medicines ie gemer 0.5 to only one tablet.
