I have a nevus of ota mark under left eye. I have researched that picolaser will work but i'm not sure who to consult in kolkata/siliguri and I want to know the tentative time, efficacy and cost for same. Also is it possible to at least get rid of it by 50-60%? It's not very dark. But it looks like an unilateral dark circle patch.
