I am in my 20's and now I wanted to start using retinods and retinol bt I do not know which I should use between them as a beginner and what percentage will be ok to use.

Hi! its nice to hear that, you are planning to take good care to your skin. But ,as a dermatologist want you to get a basic screening of your face from your local dermatologist to get best skin care regimen and also to know the type of skin whether oily, dry or combination type. If not feasible, use a non comedogenic sunscreen in the morning and a moisturiser mixed with good retinoid 0.1 % gel (brand cannot be revealed as per terms &conditions) at night. Some times retinoid creams ca n cause irritation in few, so please be careful and try not to overuse the cream.
