Hi, i'm 29 years old, female and i'm suffering from a mental disorder due to my marital life. Now a day, I can not focus on my work, every time negative thoughts run into my mind, and I think only which all the negative things that happened with me and I never feel happy, every time I feel sad and at any time I start crying. I can't share my feelings with anyone. What should I do?

Hi lybrate-user. First of all please understand that worrying alone and becoming more anxious over a single thought doesn't help you in any ways. U should find a solution for your worry. U can't live or serve your whole life in grief. Get some good counselling options. Every problem in the world has a solution .go for an open counselling session with whoever you wants. Open up. Get solutions. Feel free and relaxed. Don't worry.
