Sir I am a diabetic for last 12 years. Hba1c 6.3. Lipid is normal. Kidney profile and liver profile are normal. On teneligliptin 20 mg novastat 10 mg benidipine 8 mg and pioglitazone 7 mg metformin 250 mg. Daily exercise and 4 kilometres walk. On diet compliance. Fbs and pps 110/145. My bp 130/90. Please suggest for high diastolic pressure. Weight 58.

Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query. I have seen all the details given. It is nice to know you have achieved very good glucose control. A slightly high diastolic bp should not be a major issue. Regular exercise and diet control will help in reducing it. If you are already on any medication for bp that also will help. Thanks.

According to the results you posted everything seems to be in normal position. Pls do avoid extra salt in your diet or any salty products like achar, papad etc.
