When diagnosed approx 20 years back my tsh was 100 recently tsh is 23 and t3 t4 are in normal range taking eltroxin 100 mcg daily.

Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. Tsh 23 mu/l is still too high. Suggesting current dosage of levothyroxine is not adequate. It is also necessary to know what additional problems or symptoms that you have? In a well controlled patient tsh remains around 3 to 4 mu/l and t3 & t4 remain with in normal limit. Please also inform about lipid profile, current weight and height including any symptoms that you may have. Thanks.
