I hv lots if papules pustules blackheads whiteheads on my face and back. I am using salicylic acid serum from 6 months but there are no effects. I am also suffering from chronic pancreatitis and I am also cetaphil oily skin cleanser. Now what should I do? How to cure it.

Only using serums are not gonna help. You will have to take medicines along with that. Need to see your face for that.

Food like oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne.
