I am 20 year old female and have bilateral bronchiectasis with bronchial wall thickening. There is evidence of multiple centrilobular tiny nodules in bilateral lungs predominantly in the lower lobes with a few confluent small consolidations in the medial basal and posterior basal segments of right lower lobe. So I want know that what is the right treatment of this lung problem and is there any home remedy for lungs clearness that help to prevent this problem. Secondly, can we get rid from this problem?
