I am 70 years old, not diabetic and take telma d for my bp. My sgot levels are high (50 - 58) for the past few months. All other parameters in lft, hemogram and lipid profile are normal. What should I do?

I personally do not prefer tab telma d.as causes lowering of serum sodium level in long term. So change it with medications like telmisartan and cilnidipine. Sgot just borderline high. Don't worry about it. Do a usg whole abdomen if possible.
