Hello, thanks for the query. The glucose tests done are: 1) fasting blood glucose - which is done after 10 to 12 hours of dinner. 2) post prandial (pp) 2 hours after food & 3) random any time of the day say around evening at tea time or late evening. There is nothing like "non fasting" test. As regards taking the tablets those should be taken as advised. Thanks.

Farting blood sugar is without food and without medicines. For pp test you have to take the usual medicines and usual food.
