6 months before he had sexual intercourse. After intercourse he had painful urination, redness at tip of penis, penile dryness and red spots on penis head. After 1 month he went to hospital for check up. On urine test he had uti. He taken medication for 3 weeks several antibiotics. After 3 weeks done urine culture test and normal urine test everything was normal. But still he have same issue painful urination, penile dryness and redness at tip of penis. 3 or 4 times done complete blood count test also everything was normal. The sex was vigorous ejaculation came after one hour used quantum's and chemical lubricants. Can anybody day what is this. If a person infected with std on cbc test does it shows high white blood cells or not.
