Good day. I am 31 years old weighing 70kls. I have 2 kids but now I am widowed. I have a miscarriage 4 years ago and since then I have an irregular period. My problem now is I am suffering from pelvic pain every time my period comes. Not only just that, it also pained every time I had sex with my husband when he was still alive and sometimes after I pooped. I am taking duphaston 2 times a day for self medication. Please help me with my predicaments for I don't trust the ob I consulted yesterday for my check up. I guess her diagnosis for me is shallow.

It is sounding like endometriosis. Better get an ultrasound scan done and treatment will be according the reports.

Your symptoms suggest endometrioses and possibly adenomyoses too. Get an usg and ca 125 levels tested.

The best medicine for you would be pills to correct your irregular periods and pain and an antibiotic to abolish the pelvic pain. If you like you can contact me for detailed discussion and advice.
