Hello. I?d like to learn more about vaginoplasty and if if can be done because the shape/structure of vagina causes frequent utis and bladder infections and or has led to urinary incontinence. If such was the case, would it be considered a medical procedure or cosmetic procedure? Note- no child birth.

Usually only those with previous deliveries get cystocoele which may lead to residual urine and infection and they if require vaginal surgery it is considered medical procedure. But if it is not cystocoele you may not need any procedure. Consult gynecologist.
