Dr. good morning I had been to a doctor yesterday was asked to do ecg n the reports shows in the ecg right bundle branch block with poor progression in v2 with axis deviation, is there any cause of concern has advised to consult with endocrinologist n a neurologist for further management plus advised to do serum vitamin d, serum electrolytes, serum vitamin b12 is there any thing to worry. Bp also had shoot up yesterday it was 180 /100 advice to take nicardia 20 mg twice a day. Promot response is highly appreciated.
