I have eye pain? Which medicine I should use?

There are many causes for pain in eyes and the common ones are dust particle in eye, excessive rubbing, allergy, infection, inadequate sleep, excessive use of computers. Try and analyze, why do you have pain? does it fit into anyone of the above reasons? if yes then try to cure that, also use a good lubricating eye drop 3 times a day and do cold compresses with ice pack 3 times a day and let me know. But if the pain is associated with redness, sticky discharge, watering, and/or swelling in the eyes then you might be have some kind of serious problem for which you either send me the photos of your eyes so that I can tell you the treatment or you can consult an eye specialist locally.
