Hello doctor, I have problem of dizziness, I study all the night and I take some amount of caffeine by coffee or tea, when I study and move my eyes I fell so tired and sleepy unable to focus on books, when I try to sleep and close my eyes I get dizzy it fells like I am in a boat or my head is swinging and when I open my eyes its all gone and I am ok, my body can not detect my position when I close eyes or when its darkness in room, when I wake up my head fells heavy sometimes I miss my meals by sleeping all day, I think it is caused by weakness. I appreciate your help. Thanks.
