Hello doctors I am 39 year old got heart attack in 2017 till now I am regularly visiting my cardiologists once in year as he calls me from last 2 year he prescribed me same tablet name razel a 75. Today after a year I again visited him with blood test report of vitamin b n d12. Hemogram habc1 after studying report he just said you started with pre diabetes so be careful and wrote new tablet name rac gold 10 just surfing on net I found this medicine contains 3 chemical. aspirin rotavsin n colpidgrel which is used to prevent heart attack just confuse first tablet contains only 2 contains I was in hope that tablet will change n decrease it more contain but my doctor increased it contains just confuse why it had been increase. As I was taking razel a/75 from last 2 years. No complaint or any issues had happen in last 2 years. please guide why Dr. suddenly increased the contains and prescribed me rca gold 10.
