I was recognized with rheumatoid arthritis in july 2020 took medicines and was recovered. Till mid-2021 there was ups and downs in pain but got over. Recently for a week, my right eye is extremely red, and had mild pain last finger joint (prior to this was a pain in the left ribs and chest when I took deep breaths - but this is over now). There is no continuous pain in any joint, no swelling. I do not feel hungry as I use to feel before. Motion is not much clear. Gfr is low. Also, my gfr is 68 (which is decreasing from 82 six months back). Ra factor is 15 iu/ml, crp 0.9 mg/dl, uric acid 5.7 mg/dl, ana 13.7, s. creatinine 1.23, egfr 68 ml/min/1.73m2. What should I do now? Why does my eye gets red even when ra factor is normal? How to improve gfr? Which medicines I should take?
