If std test (syhillis, hcv,hbv (core antibody and antigen and qualitative dna), hiv 4 generation duo) done after 87 days post exposure is conclusive. Or I need to take a retest after 114 days i.e 16 weeks as I took pep for 30 days. Do taking pep increases the window period for conclusive test. Is there any guidelines which say retesting is required at end of 6 months and if pep taken then retest at 7 months? Or it is just and old guidelines. When only antibody test were available and now 4 generation antigen/ antibody test is conclusive at 12 weeks 3 months.
