Hie. On jan 2020 I was diagnosed with genital tb by doing a laparoscopy surgery .i took at tb medi for 8 months. The gone for vaginoplasty surgery on aug 2020 as I was having a septum in vagina. After that I was taking novelon but their was no sign of periods. Then Dr. Decided to put a copper tea. As my endometrium was only 4 mm. On feb 2021 coper tea was inserted 4 months I was taking novelon periods was coming but only for 2 days. Asper Dr. I cnt conceive naturally. Dr. said we have to go for surrogacy. But we decided to go for ivf. For a try. On aug 2021 egg was retrieve but through bladder as there were lot of adhesions. Thry can only retrieve 5 eggs in that only 2 got fertilize. But it was failure. But till not I haven't got periods. Last periods was on oct 2021. So my question is there any chance I can conceive by ivf or naturally or is there any treatment for periods.

As far as the history is concern since you have genital tb check your tube whether it is patent or not by doing a history of selfing program test which is a normal outpatient procedure which you can do it anytime on 6 7 8 days after your period once the tubes are patent you can try naturally along with support medicines and ovulation inducing drugs but if the tubes are blocked you have to undergo ivf again and see if you can try I with your natural eggs or if it is not good then you can go for donor ivf if you want more details please contact directly.
