I feel fever since least to days, I take medicine of paracetamol but did not respond, I feel very weakness please suggest me for medicine.

Dear lybrate-user. When does fever start. And chills or rigor. Get mp_qbc and widal test done. And also cbc. If it's of viral origin it will resolve within a week. Get cold sponging and take bath. You will feel better.
