I am 60 year old I have no teeth left. I am advice to make full flexible denture. I would like to know is it possible to make half flexible denture only of front jaws both upper and lower. Instead of full flexible denture.

If you want only front tooth denture then it’s of no use because the purpose of that denture is mainly for chewing and appearance.

No point in making half its of no use waste of your time and money. Either you make full or nothing at all. But if you weigh between that, getting a full is advisable for overall well being of your health. If you don't want removable one, get implant supported dentures, that is fixed and you don't have to take out or wear.
