I have been suffering from lumber canal spinal stenosis from last 2 years. I feel pain in my right leg when walk or stand more than 2 minutes. I have met with orthopedics and taken drugs like gabapin, gabapentin but no big relief and neither iwant to depend on medications for normal life and nor I want to resort surgical ways. I have taken fewphysiotherapysession (traction and nerve stimulate procedures) but no big relief. I have noticed that when I doexercises, pain increases and when I don'tdo exercise, timing and gravity of pain decreases but not ends but I fear that I will lose mobility if don'tdo exercises. Please suggest me some effective treatment which can improve my pain and resistance level towardsthis problem and keep on my mobility. Usually I do spine extension exercisesand don'tundertake flexion exercise. I notice that some days when I have ache in my back waist area, there is no pain in leg while walking or standing. My mri report is attached.
