Then the doctor advised me telmisartan 80, amlokind 10 and ctd 12.5 these three medicines. Now my blood pressure is 140/100 even after I have taken that medicine. What kind of medicine can I take now? Please state the brand name.

Amlokind and nicardia cause swelling of the hands and feet. How is your swelling now? You already are on full dose of 3 different groups of medicines. If your bp is still not controlled with this then you need some workup for resistant hypertension and to see for end organ damage. Get kft, electrolytes, usg abdomen, ecg, echo and tsh done and follow up with reports.
