I have been taking amlodipine 5 mg for past 15 years, when I check now my left kidney has oxalate stone which is 10 mm and which had only around 4 mm before 15 years. Is amlodipine 5 mg increase stone? Do I need to change blood pressure tablet?

The time line you are mentioning is fairly long period .amlodipine has slight tendency for stone formation according to studies but it not alone is the only risk factor for stone ,there are many significant risk factors like non veg diet ,low water intake .and others ,in my opinion it’s not needed to change.amlodipine, unless your hypertension is not under control.
