Sir, tooth pain are mostly due to decay in teeth. You need to get your tooth x-rayed to determine the extent of decay. Than the filling of the teeth can be done. For temporary relief, take cap. Novaclox lb three times a day for three days along with painkillers. You can also do salt water gargle twice daily. Avoid to cold n hot food.
