If you are diagnosed by cardiologist, as it seems, he can say what are to be investigated. The advantage of tee over tte is usually clearer images, especially of structures that are difficult to view transthoracically (through the chest wall). I could not understand what you meant by" tee showed sec? if your cardiologist says you need an angiography you should trust. If there is any doubt you can take second opinion from a reputed cardiologist.
