Next can one simply get it my washing face or mere sniffing in a drop while bathing as I found such a concern on quora. My main concern is that even if present in a water body can it go so easily in sinus cavity or one has to force it up like by cleansing sinus, aggressively breathing in or diving/swimming. I had read somewhere that azithromycin is also used to treat it and since once symptoms of pam appear, it is nearly always fatal, I worry using the underground water now, and take the tablets. So does it actually help or I am risking myself for side effects unnecessarily as I also take dilzem cd 120 for hypertension. I know self medication is bad and do not want to take it unless prescribed too. Please just let me know in which situation can the amoeba enter the brain or pose a threat or if in india we don't have this amoeba present in underground water usually as so many people use nal, jet pumps.
