I am diagnosed with bipolar with psychotic symptoms ,i had depression and psychosis followed by two episode of conduct which included running away from home but there was no episode of mania or hypomania as such. I am on lithosun and zipsydon can all my medicine be stopped.

Do not stop the medications as it most likely will lead to relapse. Discuss with your treating psychiatrist about the emotional well being and these medicines need to be tapered over a period of many months, if you are doing well. Good luck.
