The drug combination that you are now taking is containing Pragabalin which is specifically used for peripheral neuropathic related pain and it is supposed to be quite beneficial. However, ore important is to have a strict blood glucose control with fasting close to 100 mg, PP 150 to 170 mg & HaA1c% < 7%. The other two combinations mentioned are basically multivitamin (Matilda Forte) and other is a multivitamin plus mineral combination supposed to be be helping nerve functioning, with no confirmed clinical evidence. Check your hba1c if it is > 7 % you need to focus on better diabetes control. Changing the vitamin supplement will not help as much as good control of sugars
