I have a patch on my right elbow cavity it started as a red itchy flaky patch slowly turned dark it has been over 3 months i've had this. I tried using fusidic cream when it was very dry and then turned to kumkumadi oil for pigmentation i've noticed that there is a keloid like small formation happened around that area i'm very concerned .please help me understand my condition i'm pretty much clueless about this.

Since when r you having this?What r other symptoms that you r experiencing? By doing what like walking, exertion- itching increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time it remains?
