I am 47 years. Since 2 months when ever I walk bare feet on the floor or keep my feets wet, my sole muscles strains and gives me continuous pain. Many times I apply moov or tiger balm and wrap a crap bandage, it gives temp. Relief. (one more thing, when ever I take disprin for headaches, it soothes and reliefs this muscle sprain of my right feets sole also. Please advise'what should I do?

Always do use good footwear as regarding pain it might be of plantar fascitis do consult neuro physiotherapist or orthopaedician asap and get remedy.

You required physiotherapy sessions and use silicon pads in shoes. Take calcium and methylcobalamine supplement with glucosamine for three months minimum.
