I'm a 21 years old guy, and my milk teeth haven't dropped yet. Should I get them removed and new teeth will come?

If you have milk teeth still retained please get them extracted. But permanent teeth are usually mistaken as milk teeth, so get that confirmed by visiting your near by dentist.
