From past three days I feel spinning and slight headache at evening time. And also I wear power spectacle for eyes that's why I visited eye doctor he prescribed me supradyn tablet can I get rid of headache from these tablet. What should I do.

use the 20:20 for work.20 minutes of reading/screen time followed by 20 seconds of looking away at a distant object.This will reduce the eye strain and should reduce your headache.Also you can try refresh eye drops 3-4 times a day for a few days. Look after your eyes and I think you should be fine.supradyn is a multivitamin to increase immunity.It should be fine to use but it is not specific for headache Take care
