Hello, thanks for the query. I have seen the details written. You have not mentioned what was the surgery. In any case nsaids (pain killers) like diclofenac are to be used quite carefully. Excessive usage can lead to side effects with stomach and kidneys. However, there is no" detoxification" process as far as I am aware of. Stopping the usage is the best method. In case if there is a need then those drugs should be used sparingly. Thanks.
