Sir, here a swelling my mouth near the teeth for two day there is no pain only swelling. Is this a symptoms of cancer?

Hello, swelling since two days is not a sign of cancer. Suspected that you have a chronic caries and dental abscess, see a oral pathologist/oral physician as soon as possible for clinical examination, diagnosis and management. Without treatment, the condition is likely to become worse and you may lose the affected tooth.
