I have facial twitching and those are painful these twitching also happen on other parts of the body and head as well is it safe to take isoin 10 mg capsules everyday? Doea it trigger the twitching?

Normally isoin is not known to cause twitching. However, unless you ghave beene advised this medication by a doctor, I would not recommend it. Please get a serum electrolyte test done to rule out low levels of potassium take care.

1. check for any hypocalcemia (low calcium)in blood = S. calcium / S. albumin / vitamin D levels/i PTH levels . 2. avoid smoking / coffee / excessive physical activity 3. drink adequate water 4. take multivitamin / multimineral supplements for 1month . 5. if you are on any estrogen therapy for PCOD it can cause twitches especially in hands and legs . 6. review if symptoms continue
