I am 64 years old. My bp is 135/75. I have diabetes. My blood sugar is 130. I have gas and acidity problem. And I have stiffness and intermittent shooting pain in left upper thigh. The pain aggravates when there is gas. This happened from june post 2nd dose vaccination. My x ray report mentions generalized osteopenia. There are osteophytes seen involving l4 vertebrae. Otherwise normal. I take glimy m 0.5 mg (0-1-1). I take newtel 40 mg tablet for bp. Some doctor have indicated that the thigh pain could be because of compression of lateral femoral cutaneous nerve. I want to know if there is any remedy in homeopathy for nerve compression and thigh pain problem I also want solution for gas problem. Also solution/diet suggestions for osteopenia. Kindly advise.

Dear Ms. lybrate-user, what you seem to have is called meralgia paresthetica due to compression of the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve as suggested by your physician. If you are overweight reducing weight to normal will help. It looks like your bp and blood sugar are under good control. For symptomatic relief you can take tan pregabalin 75 mg at bedtime for 3-4 weeks under supervision of your doctor
