I underwent a wisdom tooth extraction surgery with suturing 3 days ago. I am on enzoflam since then. But the pain is still the same. It subsides for 4 5 hrs and then a throbbed pain starts at the surgical site. I am doing betadine gargle thrice a day and on soft food since 2 days. Pls advice what can be done.

You need to visit the dentist again. If pain don't go in 72 hrs then it is mandatory you visit the dentist again. Dentist will put zinc oxide pack or alveogyl pack dressing. For three sittings and few steriods tablets or antiinflammatory tablets for three more days depending what your dentist had given you before, during and after your tooth removal, then only your pain and discomfort will go. After wisdom tooth extraction pain and swelling is mandatory but it goes of after 72 hrs and if doesnot then you must visit again and get the dressing again.
