My vitamin b12 is 138. Do I have to take injections or only with mega neuron tablet can help in getting normal range?

Tablest will work just as well. However, start with one which has at least 1500 mcg b12. Gradually dose can be reduced depending upon response. Also, improve diet along with the vitamins.
