Hello, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details mentioned. You have mentioned about medicines being taken to control blood glucose as well as Gabapentine for controlling neuropathy related symptoms. However, necessary information like after food glucose level, HbA1c%, weight, height, extent of daily exercise lipid profile, BP readings and current dietary intake, these details are not there. Unless all the information is available no specific suggestions can be made. As regards intake of vegetables and fruits following can be taken regularly. Green leafy vegetables (methi, paalak, mooli, (leaves and root), carrots, capsicum, cabbage, cauliflower, onion broccoli all these can be eaten raw in good quantity. Avoid potato, sweet potato & beet root in large quantity. As regards fruits apple, orange, sweet lemon, pomegranate, guava, pear, papaya, melons and one small banana. You can take one serving of any of these fruits in a day. Avoid big bananas, chikkoos, grapes (not more than 8 in a day). Regular exercise of over 1 hour per day is a must.
