I am not gaining weight even after doing exercises with proper food. I have just one problem that saliva is come out while sleeping other than that I am complete fine even I am not taken single pill from since last 5 year. So can you please guide me that what's going wrong.

Also weight training for about 3-4 days will help. 1)weight is a sum total of bone, water, muscle and fat. You need to gain muscle to get healthy.
