Hi dear. Seroflo and maxiflo both are long acting means the single dose of these will work upto 12 hours so that we need to take morning and evening which lasts for 24 hours .seroflo as comparing with maxiflo (seroflo is little bit slower in bronchodilation where as maxiflo is working faster than seroflo. Side effects are almost same like change in heart rate ,blood pressure, blood sugar, electrolytes and may cause throat irritation oral thrush.

Both are equivalent but maxiflo can be used as reliver medication. Side effects mostly are mouth ulceration.

Both are long acting ics-laba combination drugs. The only difference being that salmeterol (seroflo) acts a little slower than formoterol (maxiflo). Side effects range from hypersensitivity, altered taste, oral candidiasis, tachycardia to pneumonias.
