My tsh was 1.05 in january test after taking thyronorm 75 mcg for long time .recently I again conducted a test in march and it is coming as 45.86.t3 and t4 are in range .kindly guide is it possible tsh to change so drastically within 1 month after taking the medicine on daily basis .or what can be the probable reason for it?

Hello. Thanks for the query. As you have mentioned tsh has increased to 45. 86mu/l, if that correct then it means your current dosage of levothyroxine is quite less. It is also necessary to know if you have any symptoms suggesting hypothyroidism. Plus it is better 8f you check anti-tpo antibodies & lipid profile. Please also post the exact report of thyroid profile. That will help me advising appropriately. Thanks.
