Both kidneys are normal in size, shape and show normal post contrast enhancement. Small calculus, measuring approximately 3.0 mm is seen in the lower calyx of the right kidney. Similarly, small calculus measuring approximately 3.0 mm is seen in the upper calyx of the left kidney. Mild right pelvicalyceal system fullness is seen. Bilateral prompt excretion of contrast is seen. Bilateral ureters are normal. Urinary bladder is normal in appearance. Prostate is normal in appearance. Visualized gut loops appear normal. A few tiny nodes are seen in the retroperitoneal. There is no free fluid seen. Impression - ct findings are suggestive of: bilateral renal a few micro calculi. Is there anything serious?
