Can a cabin crew take tab tryptomer or tab dulane? If can I am under such medications then how many hours prior to my flight I need to discontinue the medication?

They cause sedation, if the medications are being taken for many years without sedation, they can be allowed, but if they do so, preferably it is avoided at least 12 hours before travel. Consult with a psychiatrist for finer details. Good luck.
