Can myopia after 10 years being stable increase rapidly? I was -9, -11d. Now i'm 27 years old. Last day my power increased to -10&-12 d. Dr. said it is due to digital eye strain. But i'm not heavily using phone. Is this possible? Will it reverse if I stop using mobile.
