I had protected sex on 3rd november and did the upat on 11th december. After that I took primolut-n for 10 days twice in day then I got my period on 27 december after that I took krimson35 tablet for 21 days and got periods on 7 february. So my question is 1) still there is any possibility or chances of pregnancy. As I have periods only after taking tablets. 2) ye possible hai kya pregnant hai and just because tablets liye to periods aa gaye lekin pregnancy rehti hai? 3) or pregnancy chances nill hai its just about another health issue that's why i'm not getting periods because after 7th feb I didn't get my periods till now (18/3/2022) please tell me that i'm pregnant or not? N also tell me that it's about another health issue regarding periods not coming and its not related to pregnancy?

Since periods have taken place, there is no chance of pregnancy. If pregnancy had taken place, the withdrawal bleeding wouldn't have started. It could be hypothyroidism or PCOD so get your thyroid levels checked and an ultrasound scan done to rule out both.

It's for sure that you are not pregnant. But sice you are not getting periods normally is due to some other gynaecological issues which needs evaluation.for now you can continue taking crimson 35 for 21 days every month for 3 months. this is called controlling the periods iin common language. this will help you regularise any minor hormonal irregularities and after stopping you will start getting your normal periods. try and tell me the outcome.
