Doctor, i'm living with the type 1 condition for 15 years. My current hb1ac is 10.4. Currently im using insugen r & insugen n (16,6 & 20) before breakfast, lunch & dinner. The new doctor prescribed me 'ryzodeg' but that's expensive. The current insulin cost is 600 per month & ryzodeg insulin is 5000 per month. What do you suggest to me the other low-cost but best alternative?

Hello. Blood sugar levels are high. I suggest you to take homoeopathic treatment along with above medicines to control sugar levels. Once sugar levels are in control you can cut off allopathic tablets. You can consult me online for treatment. Its completely safe.

Hello, thanks for the query. The newer insulins (analogues) are expensive. The advantage with those is better glucose control and less chances of hypoglycemia episodes. However, if cost is the consideration, then one can still manage with older inulins only thing is more number of injections and more meticulous dosage adjustment is required. If you can manage that then you can continue with old ones. I am sure you are aware that ideally hba1c% should be < 7%, that means you need to increase the insulin dosage for bringing the glucose levels down. Thanks.
