Sir, I have had nightmares 3 times in this week. Which happened once in the afternoon as well. I want to get rid of this please help me.

Dear sir try a meditation/or anty relaxation technique before you go to bed. Eat more vegetables and fruits. Keep yourself hydrated .go to bed at the same time every night. These are some simple stratehies that will help you sleep well and reduce nightmared.
